Corona pediatric dentist Dr. R. James Richardson feels that every child deserves affordable dental treatment without sacrificing quality. Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at the time treatment is rendered, unless special arrangements have been made prior to your appointment. For your convenience, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and CareCredit.
Additionally, we will submit all insurance claims for you for your convenience. Patient co-pays are due at the time services are provided. The insurance portion will be waived and billed to your insurance company. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental Premier and Cigna Dental. In addition, we may bill on your behalf any PPO or indemnity insurance although, we are not a preferred provider. Please reference your coverage booklet for changes in your benefits when seeking treatment at a non-preferred provider’s office. We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
