***This in- house membership plan is exclusively available to patients of Dr. Richardson in Corona, CA and is not an insurance policy. It offers reduced rates for dental services when paid in advance and cannot be used with insurance or 3rd party financing. Plans are billed annually. Membership fees are non- refundable, even if no services are used. Each plan starts on the date of the first payment and is valid for 12 months. Memberships will be recorded in our office system- no physical card will be issued. Prices are subject to change but are guaranteed until the next billing cycle without prior notice.
